Strategy is the soul of the operations of an enterprise. We have been formulating the developing strategies of Think Technologies based on scientific and pragmatic ways of thinking for development. In the intensive marketing competitions, based on our knowledge of both ourselves and the peers, and on our capability of mapping out strategies, we have set forth multiple strategies including technological innovation strategies, prioritized marketing strategies, nationalization promotion strategies, human resource protection and cultivation strategies, capital recycling and prioritization strategies and bonded area trading strategies. We have been running businesses in strict compliance with the norms and specifications regulated for international enterprises, striving for the goals of Think Technologies comprehensively, so that it will become the “manufacture base of Think Technologies”. |

| Over the past years, we have been gradually establishing and perfecting the regulations of the company, and have formulated and issued “Regulations of Think Technologies”, which serves to define the responsibilities of operation and management levels. By means of these regulations, we have set forth the “limitations to positions’ authorities”, attached importance to authorization management, and reinforced the duties and responsibilities of the heads of departments, meantime; we have carried out the system of investigating leading cadres and established reasonable management structure of “Responsibilities, Authorities and Benefits”. In addition, we also perfected the internal supervision system, and improved the evaluation and incentive systems for employees. A central leading team was formed, carrying out the two-meeting and one-report system (namely, strategy meeting, cadre meeting and weekly report). Major issues of the company are researched and handled by using collective wisdoms through brain storming and adopting the best ideas among all employees. |
